The Team Pro Backpack organizes everyday ski-team, training, and travel essentials in a compact 25 L format. Two main compartments separate larger items, with a padded computer sleeve integrated into one section. A mesh sleeve supports hydration-system storage, while secondary organization keeps smaller accessories easier to locate. Adjustable backpack straps and a hand-carry option make it useful around the mountain, at school, or between training sessions.

Drying and Ventilation
Empty the bag after use and remove boots, damp clothing, and accessories. Open every compartment and allow the interior, padding, and straps to dry fully before repacking or storage.
Cleaning
Brush out loose dirt and wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach or harsh solvents unless the manufacturer’s care label specifically permits it.
Zippers and Compartments
Keep grit out of zipper tracks and avoid forcing overfilled compartments closed. Inspect pocket seams, dividers, boot-strap attachments, and zipper pulls regularly for wear.
Straps and Back Panel
Check adjustable straps, buckles, carry handles, and back padding for damage. Pack heavier items close to the back where practical and adjust the straps so the load remains stable and comfortable.
Storage
Store the bag empty, clean, and completely dry in a cool, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heaters. Leave compartments slightly open to maintain airflow and avoid prolonged compression under heavy loads.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
