Remove Snow and Dirt
After use, remove snow, ice, and dirt from the strap. Allow it to air dry completely before placing it in a pocket, boot bag, or storage compartment.
Fastening Surface
Keep the fastening surface free of lint, wax, and debris so it continues to hold securely. Clean gently according to the strap material and avoid harsh solvents or high heat.
Inspection
Inspect the strap for fraying, tearing, loss of elasticity, or fastening wear. Replace it if it no longer holds the skis securely.
Placement
Position the strap around the skis without covering binding release components or creating pressure on delicate parts. Remove the strap before skiing.
Storage
Store the clean, dry strap flat or loosely rolled away from direct sunlight, heaters, sharp edges, and prolonged compression.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
