If you ride at the edge of two sizes, size down for a responsive, locked-in feel or up for a more relaxed fit. The Neo runs unisex sizing — use the US Men’s column if you typically wear men’s boots, or the US Women’s column for women’s boots.

S14 Duraflex CB Baseplate (Three-Piece Construction)
The S14 Duraflex CB is Union's freeride-flex baseplate designed for big-mountain performance. Three-piece baseplate construction adds lateral freedom without sacrificing response — the board can flex naturally underfoot while the binding still translates power to the edges. Ultra-responsive Duraflex CB (carbon-black) nylon is the key ingredient.

The S24 Duraflex CB highback features an asymmetrical freeride flex profile — designed for riders who charge big lines and need response when they want it, forgiveness when they need it. Built for high-speed control and quick edge-to-edge power.
All-New Hinge Ankle Strap Connector
The Neo's all-new hinge ankle strap connector delivers a seamless connection between the strap and the baseplate — reduces stack height, improves board feel, and lets the strap flex naturally with your boot for instant response. Same hinge tech as the Falcor.
Dual-Layer UltraGrip Toe Strap
The Dual-Layer UltraGrip Toe Strap features an exterior frame and interior rubber grip — form-fits seamlessly to any boot shape on the market for superior grip. Anti-slip design keeps your foot locked in for presses, carves, and landings.
Magnesium S1 Ratchets

The strongest steel available on the market. Comes pre-installed so you can mount and ride without a hardware run to the shop.
Integrated 2-Stage Forward Lean Adjuster
Fine-tune your forward lean angle with a #3 screwdriver to match changing terrain and riding styles. On-the-fly adjustability without removing the binding — critical for riders who switch between park and pow days.
