Transit Mips

Managing traffic and navigating neighborhood streets means you have to see and be seen. The Transit is built for the daily commute, with a lightweight, ventilated feel that keeps you sharp from the first mile to the last. Its center rear vent is set up to accept a rechargeable tail light, so you can boost your visibility at any hour of the day, and MIPS impact technology adds peace of mind for the unexpected. It is loaded with small details that matter: U-lock-compatible vents that make locking it to your bike a snap, a removable visor, and uninterrupted airflow to keep your head cool and comfortable.

Lightweight In-Mold Construction
The exterior shell and EPS foam are fused into a single one-piece design that is both lightweight and durable.
MIPS Brain Protection System
Helps reduce rotational forces caused by angled impacts to the head.
18 Fixed Vents
Consistent airflow across the shell keeps air moving so your head stays cool and comfortable through the ride.
Adjustable Dial Fit System
A dial makes on-the-go size adjustment simple, so the fit can be dialed in for a secure, custom feel without tools.
Removable Visor
The visor comes off when you want a clean profile, giving you the option to dial in the look that suits the ride.
U-Lock-Compatible Vents
Vent slots are shaped so a U-lock can pass straight through, making it simple to lock the helmet to your bike on the way into work or the store.
Rear Light Compatibility
A dedicated center rear vent accepts a rechargeable tail light, so added visibility needs no separate accessory mount.
Performance Comfort Liner
A comfort liner inside the shell keeps padding soft against your head through long commutes.
Low-Bulk Single-Layer Webbing
A single strap layer keeps the profile clean and comfortable, with no stacked webbing to catch or twist.

Cleaning
Hand wash the shell with lukewarm water and mild soap, and wipe the internal padding and straps with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents, bleach, or a machine wash — these degrade the shell and the MIPS padding.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Never use a dryer or radiator, as heat warps the shell and compromises protection.
Padding and Liner
Remove washable pads and liners where fitted and hand wash separately. Do not compress or crush the liner, and never store the helmet resting on its shell.
Fit Dial
Keep the dial free of grit, mud and street debris so it turns freely. A frozen or jammed dial can be forced and break, so clear it before adjusting the fit.
Removable Visor
Take the visor off before cleaning and hand wash it separately in cool water with mild detergent. Let it dry fully before refitting, and check the mounting points for wear or cracking.
Rear Light
If a rechargeable tail light is fitted, remove it before washing and wipe the contact points clean so the connection stays reliable. Charge it before the ride rather than mid-commute.
Impact Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no damage is visible, and always after a crash involving the head. Check the shell and liner for compression marks each time you take it off.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat. Use a helmet bag or a shelf away from heavy objects that could deform the shell.
