Cleaning
Rinse the lens with lukewarm water to remove dust and grit before wiping. Use the included microfiber bag or a clean, lint-free cloth. Do not use paper towels, clothing, or household cleaners, which can scratch the lens coating and damage the anti-fog inner lens.
Anti-Fog Care
Avoid touching the inner lens with bare fingers, as skin oils destroy the anti-fog coating. If fogging becomes persistent, apply a Smith-approved anti-fog treatment and let it cure fully before use.
Compatibility
Use only with the Smith goggle model specified on the packaging. MAG™ and Snaplock™ lens systems require exact-fit lenses. Forcing an incompatible lens can damage the frame or lens locking mechanism.
Installation
Follow the lens-swap instructions for your specific goggle model. Clean the frame channel before installing the new lens to prevent debris from interfering with the seal. Confirm the lens is fully locked before riding.
Storage
Store the replacement lens in the original microfiber bag or a hard case, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid stacking lenses face-to-face without a protective layer between them.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
