We know puffy jackets. We basically invented them. The Women’s THERMOBALL™ Hooded Parka is a modern update full of innovations that keep you warm from city to summit. An updated quilting pattern minimizes cold spots while all fabrics and fill are now 100% recycled because gear should be tougher on the cold — and easier on the planet.

Cleaning
Machine wash cold (30 °C) on a gentle cycle with a mild, technical detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or stain removers — these degrade the WINDWALL™ fabric and the THERMOBALL™ fill.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat for 40–50 minutes. THERMOBALL™ insulation maintains loft and warmth even after repeated drying cycles. Remove promptly when dry to prevent prolonged heat exposure.
Storage
Store loosely hung or loosely folded in a dry place. Do not compress for extended periods — compression can reduce the loft and warmth of THERMOBALL™ insulation over time.
Stow Pocket
The jacket stows in its right hand pocket. Before stowing, ensure the jacket is clean and dry. Stuff loosely rather than forcing a tight fold.
Re-Proofing
The non-PFC DWR finish can be reactivated by tumble drying on low heat. If water no longer beads on the face fabric, apply a PFC-free DWR spray wash-in or spray-on treatment and tumble dry low to bond.
Zipper Care
Keep the VISLON® center front zip and secure-zip hand pocket zips clean and free of debris. Brush with a soft toothbrush and rinse as needed. Use a silicone-based zipper lubricant sparingly if the pull becomes stiff.
Cuffs & Hem
The concealed encased-elastic cuffs and internal waist cinch-cord maintain their弹性 with normal wear. Do not over-tighten the waist cord — it is designed for light adjustability, not a compression fit.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
