Cleaning
Close all fasteners and zip all zippers before washing. Machine wash in cold water with a mild liquid technical detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener — they degrade the Pertex® Quantum face fabric and the ThermoBall™ loft.
Drying
Tumble dry on low with a few clean tennis balls to restore the ThermoBall™ loft. Remove promptly. The jacket also packs into its own internal chest pocket for trail storage.
Storage
Store uncompressed in a cool, dry place between trips to preserve insulation loft and long-term warmth.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
