Fluorine-free (no PFCs, no fluorinated chemicals)
Washing
Close the center front zip fully and turn the jacket inside out before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the Pertex® Quantum fibers and the fluorine-free DWR finish, reducing both loft and water repellency.
Drying
Tumble dry LOW with 2–3 clean tennis balls to restore sheet insulation loft. Multiple low-heat cycles (1-2 hours) are normal for 200g of synthetic fill — must dry completely inside and out to prevent mildew and preserve insulating power. Avoid high heat which can damage the Pertex® face fabric and the DWR finish.
DWR Refresh
When water stops beading on the shell, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency on the Pertex® Quantum face fabric and the lining.
Insulation Care
200g sheet insulation is heavy and can clump if not dried properly. If fill looks flat after washing, tumble dry low with 2–3 clean tennis balls to break up clumps and restore loft. Multiple cycles may be needed for full restoration.
Pocket Lining Care
The brushed tricot pocket lining softens over time but can pill with heavy use. Use a fabric shaver to remove pilling and keep the soft hand-feel.
Zippers & Adjustments
Periodically lubricate the center front zip and pocket zippers with a silicone-based lubricant. Test the internal hem cinch-cord periodically — cord locks can loosen over time; tighten to seal in warmth.
Storage
Hang on a wide hanger or fold loosely. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression in a stuff sack — the heavy 200g insulation handles compression better than down, but loose storage still extends the jacket's life.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
