Washing
Close the center-front zip before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mild detergent — a technical cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash also works to maintain the non-PFC DWR finish. Avoid bleach, chlorine, peroxide, and fabric softener — they degrade the recycled polyester insulation, the WINDWALL™ wind-resistance, and the non-PFC DWR finish on both the body and lining. Do not dry clean (solvents destroy the DWR and insulation).
Drying
Tumble dry on low with a couple of clean tennis balls or dryer balls to re-fluff the sheet insulation. If the vest has lost loft or appears flat, a longer low-heat tumble usually restores it. Hang dry is also fine, but expect to re-tumble briefly to break up any insulation clumping.
DWR Re-Proofing
When water stops beading on the recycled nylon face fabric, re-treat with a spray-on DWR such as Nikwax TX Direct or Granger’s Performance Repel. Apply to the clean, damp vest, paying attention to high-wear zones (shoulders, chest, pocket flaps). A short low-heat tumble helps set the finish.
Ironing & Heat
Do not iron directly on the quilted panels or the WINDWALL™ face fabric — direct high heat can glaze the DWR and melt the face nylon. If pressing is needed for a label or fold line, use a press cloth on the lowest setting.
Storage
Store clean, dry, and uncompressed in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid leaving the vest crammed in a stuff sack or compressed under heavy gear for long periods — prolonged compression mats the sheet insulation and reduces thermal performance over time. Hang on a wide hanger or fold flat. Keep out of direct sunlight (UV degrades both the recycled nylon and the DWR finish).
Stains & Spot Cleaning
Spot-clean small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap rather than running a full wash cycle. Less wash time means longer insulation life and longer DWR performance.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
