With moisture-managing FLASHDRY™ fabric, a water-repellent finish for added coverage and a cinchable cord for a secure fit, it's fine-tuned for wet days, warm days and every day in between.

Non-PFC DWR Finish
Non-PFC durable water-repellent finish beads light rain and splash off the crown so the hat doesn't saturate and weigh down when the weather rolls in.
Five-Panel Crown
Five-panel crown construction sits cleanly on the head with a low-profile silhouette that won't catch wind the way a wider crown can on a gusty ridge or boat deck.
Recycled Nylon Body

FLASHDRY PRO™ Sweatband

Adjustable Fit
Adjustable chin strap with a cord lock plus a shockcord with a cord lock on the back let the fit be dialed in tight for windy boat days or loosened for casual wear around town.
Hanging Loop
Cord loop on the back brim makes the hat easy to hang on a hook, pack, or kayak deck loop — quick drying after a dunk and always within reach.
UPF 40+ Sun Protection
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 40+ fabric shields the face, ears, and neck from harmful UV rays — proudly recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation, earning their Seal of Recommendation for safe and effective UV protection.

Washing
Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out water without wringing, which can deform the floatable brim and distort the five-panel crown.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature. Reshape the brim and crown while damp. Avoid machine drying, which can shrink the elastane and damage the FLASHDRY™ and FLASHDRY PRO™ moisture-management finishes.
Sweat & Salt
After sweaty river runs or saltwater sessions, rinse the sweatband with cool water to prevent salt buildup that can degrade the elastane over time and cause odor retention.
Brim Care
Reshape the floatable brim by hand after washing and before storing. Avoid folding the brim in half for extended periods, which can leave a permanent crease and compromise the floatable foam core.
Storage
Store flat or hang by the cord loop on the back brim in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight — UV exposure degrades both the non-PFC DWR finish and the UPF 40+ protection over time.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
