Windproof
Cleaning
Machine wash cold (30 °C) on a gentle cycle with a mild, technical detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or stain remover — these clog the DRYVENT™ membrane pores, strip the non-PFC DWR finish, and degrade the recycled polyester mesh and taffeta linings.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat for 20–30 minutes or hang to drip dry. Low tumble heat reactivates the DWR finish on the face fabric; high heat can damage the DRYVENT™ membrane.
Re-Proofing
The non-PFC DWR finish can be reactivated by tumble drying on low heat. When water no longer beads on the face fabric, apply a PFC-free DWR spray and tumble dry low to bond.
Hood & Cuffs
The three-piece hood with cinch-cord and cord locks adjusts for fit and seals out wind — confirm the cord locks are fully tightened before storms. The encased-elastic cuffs stretch with movement; do not cut or alter them.
Stormflap
The center front stormflap with hook-and-loop closures seals out wind and rain. Fasten the closures top to bottom for full coverage; replace the hook-and-loop if the grip weakens with age.
Pocket Care
The alpine-style secure-zip hand pockets use a coil zip — keep them free of grit and debris. Brush gently and rinse if needed. Do not force the slider.
Drop-Tail Hem
The drop-tail hem provides extra coverage in the back for wet weather. After washing, smooth the hem flat before drying to keep the cut line even.
Storage
Hang on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not compress the DRYVENT™ membrane for long periods — folds can weaken the laminate over time.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
