Cleaning
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Do not machine wash — it can damage the frame, suspension system, and DWR finish. Spot-clean stains rather than soaking the whole pack.
Drying
Air dry fully with the top and main compartments open, out of direct sunlight. Never put a wet pack away — trapped moisture causes mildew and degrades fabric coatings.
DWR Refresh
When the shell stops beading water, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency.
Storage
Store open or loosely buckled in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression. Loosen all straps before storing to preserve elastic and webbing life.
Hardware
Periodically check buckles, zippers, and frame stays for wear. Tighten loose hardware. Rinse sand and grit out of zippers with fresh water.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
