Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical wash — close all zippers before tossing it in.

Wash with similar colors. Turn the jacket inside-out to protect the embroidered logos on the chest and back-right shoulder.

Tumble dry on low heat with two or three clean tennis balls or dryer balls — the balls break up clumps in the THERMOBALL™ insulation and restore loft after washing. Drying thoroughly is essential to keep the synthetic fill performing at its best.

Do not bleach, do not use fabric softener, and do not use dryer sheets — all three can coat the recycled polyester fibers and degrade the THERMOBALL™ loft and thermal performance.

Do not iron, do not dry clean, and do not wring the jacket when wet — wringing can permanently mat the THERMOBALL™ fill and damage the lightweight ripstop shell.

Hang to dry fully between uses, especially after snowy play, to prevent mildew. If the jacket gets soaked, lay it flat to dry or tumble on low until completely dry.

Write the owner's name on the internal ID label before the first day of school or camp — a Sharpie works well and survives washing for years.

Store the jacket hanging on a wide hanger or loosely folded in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area — long-term compression in the stuffsack can reduce THERMOBALL™ loft and overall warmth over time.

Inspect the VISLON® zipper and the internal encased-elastic cuffs periodically — these are the most common wear points on a kid's jacket, and small repairs now prevent field failures later.
