DRYVENT™ Waterproof Membrane
Waterproof DRYVENT™ membrane keeps water out while allowing heat and moisture vapor to escape from inside — handles stream crossings, wet trails, and sustained rain without the inside of the shoe getting saturated.
DREAM Foam Midsole
Full-length ultralight DREAM foam midsole provides a plush experience with increased energy return and durability — softer and more responsive than standard EVA, built to hold up over hundreds of miles of hard trail use.
31 mm Heel Stack / 6 mm Drop
31 mm midsole stack height at the heel with a 6 mm heel/toe offset provides a balanced, cushioned ride — enough cushion for long backpacking days without losing trail feel on technical terrain.
Wider Underfoot Platform
Designed with a wider underfoot platform for inherent stability — confidence on uneven terrain without needing a medial post, naturally steady on sidehills and root-covered trails.
SURFACE CTRL™ SC2 Outsole
Updated SURFACE CTRL™ SC2 rubber outsole with 5 mm lugs delivers improved durability and traction in wet conditions — grips wet rock, muddy trails, and loose dirt with consistent reliability across the life of the shoe.
Abrasion-Resistant Ripstop Upper
Abrasion-resistant ripstop upper with seamless TPU reinforcements for increased support — stands up to rocky terrain, brush, and the abrasion of long backpacking trips without tearing or wearing through.
Mudguard + Reinforced Toe Cap
Mudguard and reinforced toe cap wrap around the front of the shoe for protection and durability — shields the upper from scrapes on rocks, roots, and off-trail travel.
Molded-Heel Chassis
Molded-heel chassis provides enhanced stability on descents and uneven terrain — keeps the heel locked in place over rough ground without excessive flex or hot spots.
Heel-Pull Webbing + Padded Collar
Heel-pull webbing at the back for ease of entry — gets the shoe on and off quickly at the trailhead. Comfort-focused padded collar and tongue wrap the ankle in cushioning for all-day support.

Cleaning After Hikes
Rinse off mud and trail debris with a garden hose or under a faucet — avoid pressure washers which can force water past the DRYVENT™ membrane and into the midsole, and can damage the seams and upper materials over time. Let the shoes dry fully between hikes.
Drying
Remove insoles if they are removable. Stuff the toes with newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and maintain shape. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight — never use a dryer, radiator, or fireplace, which can warp the DREAM foam midsole, degrade the DRYVENT™ membrane, and damage the SURFACE CTRL rubber outsole.
Waterproofing Maintenance
The DRYVENT™ membrane provides reliable waterproof protection as a system with the upper and DWR finish. If the upper fabric begins to wet out (water soaking into the ripstop instead of beading), clean the shoes and apply a DWR refresh treatment to the upper fabric to restore full waterproof performance.
Insole Care
If the insoles are removable, take them out after each wet hike to air separately — this helps both the insoles and the shoe interior dry faster and prevents odor buildup.
Outsole Maintenance
Periodically clear the 5 mm lugs of embedded mud and debris — stones and grit caught in the tread reduce traction. A small brush or pick works well for cleaning between lugs after muddy hikes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the shoes upright so the midsoles don't compress unevenly. Don't store wet — moisture degrades the DREAM foam, the DRYVENT™ membrane, and the shoe's overall structural integrity over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
