Cleaning
Machine wash cold (30 °C) on a gentle cycle with a mild, technical detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or stain remover — these strip the non-PFC DWR finish and reduce the loft of the recycled polyester sheet insulation.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat for 30–40 minutes or hang to dry. Low tumble heat reactivates the DWR finish and re-lofts the recycled sheet insulation in the main body, side panels, and draft flap.
Re-Proofing
The non-PFC DWR finish can be reactivated by tumble drying on low heat. When water no longer beads on the WINDWALL™ face fabric, apply a PFC-free DWR spray treatment and tumble dry low to bond.
Recycled Polyester Sheet Insulation
Sheet insulation maintains loft well through repeated wet/dry cycles and dries faster than down. If the insulation gets damp, dry fully before storage. Periodic tumble drying refreshes loft without the need for tennis balls.
Triclimate™ Snap-In System
The interior Triclimate™ loops let you snap the Aconcagua into compatible TNF shells for 3-in-1 layering. Confirm the snap buttons are fully fastened before wearing both pieces together. When worn alone, leave the loops unsnapped so they don’t catch on base layers.
Zipper Care
The full-length center front zip and the secure-zip hand pocket zips need to be kept free of grit and debris. The zipper garage at the top protects your chin from the zip pull — confirm it’s seated before each wear. Lubricate sparingly with a silicone-based zipper lubricant if the pull becomes stiff.
High-Low Hem
The high-low hem gives extra coverage in the back. After washing, smooth the hem flat before drying to keep the cut line even. The two-point internal cinch-cord adjusts both sides — tighten each side evenly for a balanced fit.
Storage
Hang on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not compress the recycled sheet insulation for extended periods — compression reduces loft and warmth over time.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
