Designed for long travel days and adaptable packing, The North Face Base Camp Voyager Pro Travel Pack combines durable, water-resistant materials with a 36-liter, carry-on-friendly format. The main compartment opens flat for easy packing and includes a zippered divider, cable organization, and secure mesh pockets. Protected laptop and tablet sleeves, a separate shoe compartment, quick-access pockets, and a supportive vented harness keep travel essentials organized and comfortable to carry. Use the pack on its own or connect compatible Voyager Pro modular pieces to build a more comprehensive travel system.

Cleaning
Empty all pockets and compartments, then spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Wipe away any soap residue and allow the pack to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, fully submerge, bleach, or dry clean.
Coated Fabric
Use a soft cloth rather than abrasive brushes or harsh solvents, which can damage the coated fabrics and water-repellent finish. Wipe away dirt promptly and avoid prolonged contact with oils, sunscreen, and sharp or abrasive surfaces.
Zippers and Hardware
Keep zippers free of sand and grit, and avoid forcing them around overpacked corners. Check shoulder straps, handles, compression straps, luggage pass-through, and modular attachment points for wear before travel.
Drying and Storage
Air dry away from direct heat with the pockets and main compartment open. Store the pack empty, clean, and completely dry in a cool, ventilated place away from prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid long-term storage beneath heavy items that can compress the back panel and straps.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
