Built for extended journeys and gear-heavy travel, The North Face Base Camp Rolling Thunder—36 combines a protective hard-shell chassis with highly durable recycled Base Camp fabric. Custom-molded wheels, multiple padded grab handles, and external compression straps make a large load easier to manage. Its wide-opening clamshell design reveals an exceptionally organized interior with compression panels and secure mesh pockets, while quick-access compartments and a Sherpa strap simplify connections between airports, vehicles, and base camp.

Cleaning
Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Wipe away residue with a clean, damp cloth and allow the bag to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, fully submerge, bleach, or dry clean the bag.
Wheels and Chassis
Brush or wipe grit from the wheels and wheel housings after travel. Check that the wheels rotate freely and inspect the chassis, handle, and attachment points for damage after impacts or heavy handling. Avoid using the bag on surfaces that unnecessarily scrape or overload the chassis.
Zippers and Hardware
Keep zipper tracks free of sand and dirt, and open them without forcing packed fabric through the pulls. Inspect compression straps, handles, daisy chains, and the Sherpa strap for abrasion or loose stitching before each trip.
Drying and Storage
Empty all pockets and leave the bag open in a ventilated area until the interior and exterior are fully dry. Store uncompressed in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat. Do not store the bag damp or with wet gear sealed inside.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
