Surface Cleaning
Wipe down the hard-shell chassis and fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt, grime, and road salt. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scuff the finish.
Interior Care
Empty the bag fully and vacuum the interior mesh pockets and lining periodically. Spot-clean any spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely before closing.
Wheel Maintenance
Remove debris, hair, and threads from the wheel housings regularly to keep the casters rolling smoothly. A drop of light lubricant on the axle bearings helps if wheels get gritty.
Handle & Zippers
Keep the telescoping handle free of grit and never force it past its stops. Run the zippers along their full length occasionally with a dry cloth and a graphite-free zipper lubricant to prevent binding.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place with the handle fully compressed and zippers closed. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat, which can warp the chassis and degrade the PVC coating over time.
