Active-Ready Hybrid Construction
The Hybrid construction puts the four-way stretch fabric where mobility matters most — the main body, side panels, and arms — and the wind-resistant overlay panel only where weather protection matters most — the front. The split-panel approach delivers warmth and weather protection without restricting the arm swing, the reach, or the pedal stroke that active cold-weather days demand.
50% Recycled Wool Insulation
Proprietary 50% recycled wool insulation — the Smartloft™ fill that delivers the warmth of wool at a lower virgin-fiber footprint. The blend of recycled wool and virgin wool manages moisture and resists odor across multi-day wear, and the loft holds warmth without the bulk of a heavy down jacket.
Wind-Resistant Non-PFC DWR Front Overlay
A wind-resistant, non-PFC DWR front panel overlay helps block the elements where the wind hits hardest on a bike, a hike, or a ski lift. The recycled polyester shell sheds light snow and resists wind penetration; the non-PFC DWR delivers weather protection without the environmental cost of PFCs.
Four-Way Stretch Fabric In Mobility Zones
The main body fabric (54% Recycled Polyester / 38% Merino Wool / 8% Elastane) is a four-way stretch knit that moves with the body across every direction an active session requires — reach, twist, fold, hold. The 8% elastane content delivers the stretch recovery a fitted activewear jacket needs across the elbow, shoulder, and torso across hundreds of wear cycles.
Merino-Blend Interior Lining
Interior is lined with Merino wool blend (56% Merino Wool, 44% Recycled Polyester) — the Merino touch Smartwool is known for, applied where the body meets the jacket. Merino moves moisture off skin, manages odor across the kind of long active days the jacket is built for, and adds a soft next-to-skin comfort against a long-sleeve base layer.
Two Secure External Pockets
Two secure external pockets keep the essentials in place — phone, beanie, gloves, snacks. The pocket position sits cleanly at the hip without interfering with a hydration pack, a hip belt, or the reach across a bike handlebar.
Regular Fit With Room To Layer
Our regular fit is intended to help give you room to move without additional bulk. The jacket layers cleanly over a base layer or a lightweight Merino hoodie; the four-way stretch main body moves with the body across every direction the active session requires.

DWR Treatment
Non-PFC DWR (no perfluorinated chemicals)
Responsibly Sourced Wool
ZQ-certified Merino wool (lining + virgin wool content of fill)
Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Cold water protects the wool insulation and the non-PFC DWR finish on the front overlay — warm water can degrade both over time. Use a mild, technical wash like Nikwax Tech Wash to maintain DWR performance. Turn the jacket inside out before washing to protect the outer shell and the Merino-blend lining.
Drying
Tumble dry low. The wool insulation needs a short low-heat tumble to fully re-loft after washing — high heat can shrink the wool fibers and reduce the insulation’s loft and warmth. Add a couple of clean tennis balls to the dryer to break up insulation clumps and restore fill volume.
Bleach
Do not bleach. Bleach breaks down Merino wool fibers, weakens the recycled-polyester shell, and strips the color from the jacket.
Ironing & Decoration
Cool iron as needed. Do not iron decoration. Printed graphics, heat-transfer logos, and color-block panels can scorch or peel under direct high heat — and high heat on the front overlay can damage the non-PFC DWR finish.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. The solvents used in commercial dry cleaning strip the natural lanolin from the wool insulation and degrade the non-PFC DWR finish on the front overlay — both of which are core to the jacket’s performance.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
