Lens Cleaning
Clean with a microfiber cloth and a small amount of water or lens cleaner. Never use paper towels, a shirt hem, or household cleaners — grit and fabric fibers scratch the lens coatings and permanently degrade optical clarity.
Handling
Handle the lens by the edges with clean, dry hands. Fingerprints and oils on the coating are difficult to remove and reduce clarity under bright sun. Keep the magnetic attachment surfaces free of grit, which can hold particles against the lens face.
Installation
Seat the lens fully in the frame before the magnetic connection engages. A lens that isn't seated evenly can pop free during use and can stress the frame edges.
Storage
Store in a hard case or microfiber pouch in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Never leave the lens loose on a dashboard or in a hot vehicle — heat warps the lens and degrades the coating.
Photochromic Lens Care
Photochromic lenses darken with UV exposure and will not activate behind a windshield or in an opaque case. Allow them to clear in cool shade and store them uncovered so they aren't stuck dark.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
