The Watercell X is the go-to solution for storing, transporting, and dispensing water on any adventure — camping, overlanding, paddle touring, or basecamp showers. Its wide-mouth design makes filling, draining, and drying fast and easy, while the low-profile 63 mm multifunction cap provides one-handed variable flow control. Built from bluesign-approved certified recycled 400D nylon with RF-welded TPU film construction that's BPA, PVC, and non-PFAS, it converts in seconds to a backcountry shower with the included fitting that stores on the carry strap. Adjustable TPU strap and welded lash points let you carry it, hang it, or lash it to a pack or vehicle on the move.
Wash with warm water and dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and hang upside down to dry completely between uses — wide-mouth design makes this fast and easy.
Do NOT use boiling water for cleaning — high temperatures can damage the welds, laminates, and cap threads.
To remove juice, wine, or other stubborn residue, use effervescent peroxide tablets designed for hydration bladders.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry — agitation and heat damage the RF-welded TPU construction and stress the welded lash points.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure when storing; the TPU film and 400D nylon will degrade faster in direct sunlight.
Inspect the RF welds, TPU film, and cap threads before each trip; if a weld starts lifting, the film develops a haze, or the cap threads seep, retire the cell from drinking-water use.

Components:
All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Bicycles:
Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Riding Gear & Apparel:
Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
