The Ultralight XR Insulated Air Sleeping Pad balances warmth, weight, and stability for three-season backpacking, bikepacking, and thru-hiking. 151 Air Sprung Cells contour to the body and reduce pressure points, while a wider-than-standard tapered profile gives side sleepers room to roll over. ThermalCore reflective-film insulation pushes the R-value to 3.6 without bulk, and the XPRESS valve pairs with an integrated Airstream pump sack for fast, breath-free inflation.

151 Air Sprung Cells
Hundreds of individually filled cells conform to body shape and spread pressure more evenly than a flat baffled pad, giving a stable surface that supports side and back sleepers alike.
Wider Tapered Profile
Extra width over a standard mummy cut suits side sleepers and restless sleepers who roll over during the night.
ThermalCore Insulation
Reflective-film insulation inside the pad bounces body heat back toward the sleeper, pushing the R-value to 3.6 for shoulder-season and winter camping without adding bulk.

Store unrolled with the valve open in a dry, cool place to preserve the TPU lamination, ThermalCore film, and Ultrafresh treatment.

Inflate briefly and clean the surface with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse and air dry completely before packing away.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure, which degrades TPU and nylon over time.

Check the XPRESS valve and seams before each trip; clean the valve with a soft brush if inflation feels slow.

For field repairs, use the included self-adhesive patches on a clean, dry surface — deflate fully, peel, press firmly, and wait a few minutes before reinflating.

Some contact noise is normal with the smooth high-thread-count face fabric; a soft layer (sleep sheet, puffy) over the pad reduces it noticeably.

Do not store compressed in the stuff sack for extended periods — long-term compression shortens the life of the face fabric, lamination, and reflective film.
