The Ultralight Air Sleeping Pad is built around a single layer of Air Sprung Cells — hundreds of individually filled springs that conform to the body for an even dispersion of pressure with minimal packed size and weight. Designed for warm-weather backpacking, bikepacking, and adventure racing where every gram matters, it pairs a 1.1 R-value with a quiet 30D/40D nylon face and an integrated Airstream Pump stuff sack for fast, breath-free inflation in camp.
Store unrolled with the valve open in a dry, cool place to preserve the TPU lamination and antimicrobial treatment.
Inflate briefly and clean the surface with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse and air dry completely before packing away.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure, which degrades TPU and nylon over time.
Check the valve and seams before each trip; replace the valve insert if inflation feels slow or the pad won't hold pressure overnight.
For field repairs, use the included self-adhesive patches on a clean, dry surface — deflate fully, peel, press firmly, and wait a few minutes before reinflating.
Do not store in the stuff sack for extended periods — long-term compression shortens the life of the face fabric and lamination.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
