The Ultra-Sil Stuff Sack is the ultralight but durable solution for organizing gear inside any pack or bag. Built from bluesign-approved Ultra-Sil 30D siliconized CORDURA nylon with a C0 non-PFAS DWR finish, it sheds light rain and slides effortlessly against the wall of a pack, while the reinforced pull handle on the base and tear-proof drawcord with hypalon pull tabs make it easy to operate with cold or wet hands. Available in six sizes from 1.5L for a small ditty bag to 20L for a tent canopy or sleeping bag, they work equally well as internal packing organizers for frequent travelers or as a backup storage bag for shelters, layers, and kitchen kits.

2000 mm Hydrostatic Head

Fabric resists 2000 mm of water pressure — more than enough to handle pack condensation, brief rain exposure, and wet grass.

Tear-Proof Drawcord

Unique tear-proof drawcord throat with two super-strong Hypalon pull tabs stays strong after thousands of openings and closings.

Capture Cord Lock

Easy-to-operate drawcord with Capture Cord Lock keeps the sack cinched shut without slipping, even when stuffed full.

Reinforced Base Handle

Reinforced pull handle on the base lets you grab and pull the sack out of a deep pack pocket without snagging other gear.

Double-Stitched Stress Points

Sea to Summit Lifetime Guarantee

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly and air dry with the drawcord open before packing away.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry — agitation and heat damage the C0 DWR finish and stress the reinforced stress points.

Re-treat the DWR periodically with a bluesign-approved spray-on restorer to keep water beading off the fabric.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure when storing; the 30D Ultra-Sil face will degrade faster in direct sunlight.

Inspect the drawcord, hypalon pull tabs, and base handle before each trip; if the cord frays or a tab cracks, retire the sack from heavy-load use.

This sack is water-resistant, not waterproof — for full submersion protection, wet conditions, or paddle sports, use a Sea to Summit Dry Bag or Lightweight Dry Bag instead.
