The Ultra-Sil Shopping Bag is the reusable bag made from the same Ultra-Sil 30D siliconized CORDURA fabric Sea to Summit uses in their pack covers, compression sacks, and stuff sacks — meaning it's robust enough to be filled to capacity week after week without the bottom dropping out. At 57 grams and packing to roughly the size of a marker pen, it clips onto a key ring with the attached carabiner, tucks into a jacket pocket, or rides in a purse so it's never out of reach at the grocery store, farmer's market, or unexpected shop stop. Tested under load to 286 lb / 130 kg, with bar-tacked stress points and reinforced handles, it replaces a stack of single-use plastic bags.
Machine washable if you get a grocery spill inside — throw it in the wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air dry.
Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water for everyday cleaning; rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before folding into the packed configuration.
Do not tumble dry — heat damages the siliconized coating and stresses the bar-tacked stress points.
Re-treat the DWR periodically with a spray-on restorer to keep water beading off the fabric and reduce wetting-out in rain.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure when storing; the 30D Ultra-Sil CORDURA will degrade faster in direct sunlight.
Inspect the bar-tacked stress points and handles before each use; if a stitch row starts pulling or a handle frays, retire the bag before it fails under load.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
