The Ultra-Sil Pack Cover ends the debate about whether to carry a pack rain cover. Tiny, compelling, and weighing as little as 57 grams for the XS size, it's the ultralight answer to keeping gear dry under sustained rain or wet brush. Built from 30D Ultra-Sil siliconized CORDURA fabric with no-seam construction for full waterproofing, it pulls over the pack in seconds, tightens down with the keeper strap across the harness, and packs into its own attached stuff sack so it can't get lost in the bottom of your pack. Four sizes cover everything from 15-liter daypacks up to 95-liter backcountry haul bags.

Made from 30D Ultra-Sil siliconized CORDURA fabric for durable, waterproof performance with a tiny packed size and barely-there weight.
No-Seam Construction
Single-piece no-seam construction eliminates stitch lines entirely — no tape sealing, no seam failure points, no water wicking through needle holes.
Keeper Strap (S–L)
Integrated keeper strap on sizes S–L pulls the pack cover tight across the front of the pack harness so it doesn't blow off or ride up in wind.
Attached Mini Stuff Sack
Packaged in its own Ultra-Sil mini stuff sack that stays attached to the cover so it can't get lost in the bottom of the pack.
Drainage Hole
Drainage hole at the base lets water escape if it pools between the cover and the pack during heavy rain or stream crossings.
Four Sizes

Sea to Summit Lifetime Guarantee

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before packing into the integrated mini stuff sack.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry — agitation and heat damage the siliconized coating and stress the no-seam edge finish.

Re-treat the DWR periodically with a spray-on restorer to keep water beading off the fabric and reduce wetting-out in steady rain.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure when storing; 30D Ultra-Sil CORDURA will degrade faster in direct sunlight.

Limit contact with sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, velcro, and zippers from other gear — these can puncture or abrade the thin 30D shell.

After a soaked trip, drain any pooled water through the base drainage hole and air dry before stuffing back into the mini stuff sack to prevent mildew.
