The Ultra-Sil Dry Day Pack is the waterproof packable daypack made for travel, summit pushes, and wet-weather day use. Built from siliconized 30D Ultra-Sil CORDURA nylon with double-stitched seams sealed by high-density PU seam tape, it's the more weatherproof cousin of the standard Ultra-Sil Day Pack. A unique non-wicking double hypalon roll-top closure shuts out rain, the front compression lacing system trims carry volume, and the whole pack folds into its attached stuff sack with a carabiner for life on a key ring, in a jacket pocket, or stashed in luggage as a backup.

Waterproof Construction
Siliconized 30D Ultra-Sil CORDURA shell with double-stitched seams sealed by high-density PU seam tape makes this pack genuinely waterproof, not just water-resistant — handles heavy rain and splashes that would soak the standard Ultra-Sil Day Pack.
Ultra-Sil 30D CORDURA Nylon
30-denier siliconized high-tenacity CORDURA nylon delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and packs down to roughly the size of a fist.
Double Hypalon Roll-Top
Unique double hypalon roll-top closure is non-wicking — water doesn't run down the webbing into the pack when the top is rolled tight in heavy rain.
Tape-Sealed Seams
Every seam is double stitched and sealed with high-density PU seam tape so stitch lines don't become leak points in sustained rain.
Elasticized Compression Lacing
Front elasticized compression lacing system lets you cinch down a jacket, helmet, or yoga mat on the outside without opening the main compartment.
22 L Capacity
22 litres handles a summit push, full travel-day kit, or grocery run with room to spare — slightly larger than the non-waterproof Ultra-Sil Day Pack's 20L.
Attached Stuff Sack w/ Carabiner
Packs into an attached Ultra-Sil stuff sack with an aluminium carabiner for clipping onto a key ring, belt loop, or pack harness.
Reinforced Shoulder Straps
Reinforced shoulder straps resist bunching and improve comfort under load. Non-padded design keeps weight minimal.
Bluesign Approved
Ultra-Sil 30D fabric is bluesign APPROVED, certifying responsible use of resources and reduced environmental impact in the manufacturing chain.

Sea to Summit Lifetime Guarantee

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight before storing.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry — agitation and heat damage the siliconized coating and stress the PU seam tape.

Re-treat the siliconized face periodically with a spray-on restorer to keep water beading off the fabric.

Stuff the pack back into its attached storage sack when fully dry to keep it ready for the next grab-and-go use.

Limit contact with sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, and velcro from other gear — these can puncture the thin 30D shell.

This pack is waterproof for rain and splashes, but is NOT designed for paddle sports, submersion, or sustained abrasion. Stay within the recommended 15 lb / 7 kg load for a comfortable carry.
