The Ultra-Sil Day Pack is the award-winning minimalist pack that earns a permanent spot in jacket pockets, luggage, and key rings. Made from Ultra-Sil 30D siliconised high-tenacity CORDURA nylon with reinforcing bar-tacks at stress points, it carries loads many times its own weight and packs down to roughly the size of a tennis ball. With 20L of capacity, it's equally at home as a summit pack, a travel-day sightseeing bag, or an emergency spare stashed on a longer trip. The non-padded shoulder straps make a 15 lb / 7 kg load the comfortable carrying limit.

Ultra-Sil 30D CORDURA Nylon

30-denier siliconised high-tenacity CORDURA nylon gives the pack an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and stands up to repeated stuffing in pockets and packs.

Reinforced Stress Points

Bar-tack reinforcements at every stress point let the pack carry loads many times its own weight without seam failure.

Tennis-Ball Packed Size

Packs into its attached stuff sack to roughly the size of a tennis ball — small enough to live on a key ring, in a jacket pocket, or stuffed into luggage as a backup bag.

Attached Stuff Sack w/ Carabiner

The pack stuffs into an attached Ultra-Sil storage sack that includes an aluminium carabiner for clipping onto a pack harness, belt loop, or keys.

Sea to Summit Lifetime Guarantee

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry — the agitation and heat damage the siliconised coating and stress the bar-tack stitching.

Limit contact with sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, velcro, and zippers from other gear — these can abrade or puncture the thin 30D shell.

Stuff the pack back into its attached storage sack when fully dry to keep it ready for the next grab-and-go use.

This pack is water-resistant, not waterproof — fabric resists light rain but seams are not sealed. For wet conditions, line it with a dry bag or stash valuables in a waterproof pouch.

Stay within the recommended 15 lb / 7 kg load limit; the non-padded straps make heavier carries uncomfortable even though the fabric can handle more.
