The Spark is an ultralight down sleeping bag built for backpackers who count grams but still expect a great night's sleep. Available in four temperature ratings from summer to deep winter, it pairs high-fill-power goose down with a streamlined mummy shape to keep pack weight and packed size minimal.

Ultralight Warmth-to-Weight
RDS-certified 850+ fillpower goose down with a non-PFAS Ultra-Dry Down treatment delivers maximum thermal performance at minimum weight.
10D Fabrics Throughout
Super-breathable 10D nylon liner sits against skin comfortably, while a 10D shell with non-PFAS DWR plus a water-repellent hood and footbox fabric shed wind and condensation.
Baffle Construction by Temperature
Sewn-through baffles for the 45°F summer bag keep weight down; hybrid box baffles in the torso and sewn-through in the legs handle the 30°F; full box baffles maximize warmth for the 15°F and 0°F winter bags.
Ergonomic Mummy Shape
Technical hood, anatomical footbox, and a roomy-but-not-baggy cut let you shift positions comfortably without carrying extra fabric.
Snag-Free Zipper
YKK #5 zippers with a zipper plow provide reliable, snag-free operation in cold conditions with mittens on.
Pairs with Women's Spark
Full-length zipper models zip together with an equivalent Women's Spark to share warmth across a couple's quilt-and-bag setup.

Store uncompressed in a dry, breathable bag between trips to preserve down loft.

If the shell gets soiled, spot-clean with a mild down-safe soap and air dry thoroughly.

For full washes, use a front-loading washer on gentle cycle with a down-specific detergent; tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to break up down clumps.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high heat to protect the DWR treatment.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
