75D Multi-Filament Nylon Mesh
Ultra-lightweight and strong 75D multi-filament nylon mesh — see-through for instant content identification, breathable for air-drying wet gear, and lighter than a solid-fabric stuff sack. The mesh weave is dense enough to contain small items but open enough to allow air exchange.
30D Ultra-Sil Drawcord Sleeve
30D Ultra-Sil drawcord sleeve at the throat for smooth operation — the lighter fabric around the drawcord makes cinching and releasing easier than a heavier fabric would, and the smooth surface glides against the drawcord cord without snagging.
Hypalon Pull-Tabs on Drawcord & Throat
Easy-to-operate opening with durable hypalon pull-tabs on drawcord and throat on all three bags — the same ultra-durable material used in whitewater rafting and military gear. Pull tabs won't fray, snap, or tear under repeated use.
Double-Stitched Stress Points + Overlocked Edges
Double-stitched and reinforced stress points with overlocked fabric edges for added strength and durability on every bag — the stitching is concentrated where the bag takes the most load (around the drawcord throat and at the seam junctions), with overlocked edges to prevent fraying.
Minimalist Cordlock + Drawcord

Rinse & Dry After Muddy or Sandy Use
After particularly muddy or sandy use, rinse the mesh sacks with fresh water and let them air dry completely before storing — sand works into the mesh weave and can scratch other gear in your pack if left in. The mesh dries fast thanks to the open weave.
Hand Wash with Warm Water & Soap
Hand wash the sacks with warm water and mild soap (like Nikwax Tech Wash) — machine washing can damage the drawcord sleeve, tangle the cord, and stress the minimalist cordlock. Rinse thoroughly, then air dry fully before packing away.
Don't Machine Wash or Dry
Skip the washing machine and dryer — the lightweight 75D mesh is durable but not designed for machine agitation, and the heat of a dryer can shrink the drawcord sleeve and damage the Hypalon pull tabs. Hand wash and air dry only.
Air Dry Before Long-Term Storage
After cleaning or after a trip in wet conditions, let the sacks air dry completely before storing — the mesh weave dries quickly, but trapped moisture in the drawcord sleeve or seams can lead to mildew and odor. Hang open or drape over a line to dry.
Inspect Drawcord & Cord Lock on All 3 Bags
Before each trip, check the drawcords and minimalist cordlocks on all three bags for fraying, sticking, or weak retention — a drawcord that won't hold tension is a sack that won't stay closed. The minimalist cordlock is small and light; replace if damaged.
Repair Mesh Tears Carefully
Small tears in the 75D mesh can be repaired with Gear Aid Tenacious Tape patches (cut to size, apply to the inside of the bag, let cure 24 hours) — mesh tears are less catastrophic than solid fabric tears because the open weave is forgiving, but a tear will grow if not patched.
