Cleaning
Empty all compartments and remove loose dirt. Spot-clean the exterior and lining with a soft cloth, cool water, and mild detergent. Do not machine-wash or soak the bag unless its care label explicitly permits it.
Drying
Open every compartment and allow the bag to air-dry completely away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Remove wet boots, outerwear, and accessories promptly after travel.
Zipper and Hardware Care
Keep zipper teeth free of grit and fabric, and inspect pulls, seams, handles, and attachment points for wear. Do not force an overloaded zipper or use the bag to drag heavy gear across rough surfaces.
Packing and Storage
Distribute weight evenly and avoid overpacking beyond the stated capacity. Store the bag clean, dry, and loosely packed or empty in a cool, ventilated place.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
