Washing
Follow the sewn-in care label first. If washing is permitted, use cool water and a mild detergent, and avoid bleach or fabric softener. Hand washing is the safest option when no specific machine-wash instruction is provided.
Drying and Shaping
Gently press out excess water without wringing or stretching the knit. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight.
Pilling and Snags
Minimize friction against hook-and-loop fasteners and rough surfaces. Remove loose pills carefully and never pull a snagged yarn through the knit.
Storage
Store clean and completely dry, folded rather than hung, to help preserve the knit’s shape.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
