Washing
Machine wash cold with similar colors and a mild detergent. Secure the drawcord before washing to help prevent tangling. Do not bleach, and avoid fabric softeners, which can affect the water-repellent finish.
Drying
Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Do not iron the shorts or apply direct heat to the fabric, drawcord, or trims. Allow the shorts and pocket mesh to dry completely before storage.
After Water Exposure
Rinse with fresh water after use in salt water or chlorinated water to remove residue that can degrade fabric and elastic over time. Empty the pockets before rinsing and washing.
Water-Repellent Finish
Clean the shorts regularly to remove dirt and oils that can reduce water repellency. Use only care products compatible with recycled nylon and finishes made without intentionally added PFAS, and follow the product instructions carefully.
Storage
Store the shorts clean and completely dry in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid storing them damp or compressed for extended periods.

Components:

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
