Spot Clean When Possible

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday maintenance — avoids washing out the wool blend lining's softness and the polyester's shape.

Hand Wash (If Needed)

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent if a full wash is needed — avoid machine washing, which can damage the recycled polyester face and wool blend lining.

Reshape Brim After Washing

If the foldable brim loses shape after washing or extended use, gently reshape by hand and let air dry — the brim recovers with light manipulation.

Air Dry Away from Direct Heat

Air dry at room temperature away from radiators or direct sunlight — high heat can warp the foldable brim and damage the wool blend lining.

Do Not Bleach or Iron

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades polyester and wool) and hot irons (warps brim and damages lining).

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
