Machine Wash Cold

Close all zippers and turn the jacket inside out. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild technical synthetic-insulation detergent.

Tumble Dry Low

Tumble dry on low heat with two or three clean tennis balls (or dryer balls) to restore the loft of the EcoLoft HeatLux insulation and maintain warmth over time.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softener — both degrade the DWR finish on the recycled ripstop shell and reduce insulation breathability.

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron; heat can scorch the 50D ripstop face and damage the synthetic insulation. Dry cleaning solvents strip technical finishes.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
