Close All Zippers Before Washing
Zip every pocket closed and secure hook-and-loop fasteners before laundering to prevent damage to the face fabric and zippers.
Machine Wash Cold
Wash on a gentle cycle with a technical outerwear cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash. Avoid standard detergents that leave residues that clog breathable pores and degrade DWR.
Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry
Tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR finish, or hang dry away from direct sunlight.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the nylon and spandex fibers and strip the DWR finish.
Do Not Iron
Heat from ironing will melt the synthetic fibers and damage the Ventia® membrane.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will damage the Ventia® membrane and degrade the stretch fabric.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
