Close All Zippers Before Washing
Zip every YKK® Aquaguard® zipper closed and secure all snap closures before laundering to prevent damage to the face fabric and zippers.
Machine Wash Cold
Wash on a gentle cycle with a down-specific cleaner like Nikwax Down Wash. Avoid standard detergents that strip the down's natural loft and the DWR finish on the shell.
Tumble Dry Low with Tennis Balls
Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore down loft and prevent clumping. Air dry thoroughly before storing.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will damage the GORE-TEX® membrane and degrade the down fill.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron can melt the face fabric and damage the GORE-TEX® membrane and down fill.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the DWR coating and damage the down fill.
Re-Apply DWR Periodically
When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
