Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a technical fabric cleaner (like Nikwax Tech Wash) — preserves the GORE-TEX® 2L ePe membrane, DWR finish, and VerticalX™ Octa insulation loft.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — low heat reactivates the DWR finish and protects the 2L membrane from heat damage.

Do Not Bleach, Iron, or Dry Clean

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades membrane and DWR), hot irons (melts 2L membrane and synthetic fibers), and dry-cleaning solvents (strip DWR finish).

Re-Proof DWR Periodically

After 30-50 days of regular wear, the DWR finish fades. Restore with a PFC-free spray-on DWR (like Nikwax TX Direct) to maintain shell water beading and breathability.

Store Hanging or Loosely Folded

Store hanging on a wide hanger or loosely folded — avoid long-term compression in a stuff sack, which can damage the 2L membrane and reduce long-term waterproofing.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
