The Freewheel MTB Short Sleeve Jersey features lightweight, breathable, UPF 30 sun protection and a bike-specific fit for epic days in the saddle on trail and gravel — a breathable, moisture-wicking top with a bike-specific cut that combines wicking, quick-drying, bluesign® approved materials with a drop-tail hem and strategically placed shoulder seams for comfortable pack wear, plus ActiveTemp™ thermo-regulation to manage body temperature through long ascents and technical, heart-pumping descents.

Bike-Specific Fit for Trail & Gravel
Cut specifically for riding position — slightly longer sleeves, contoured hem, and a longer back panel stay comfortable and out of the way when you're leaning into the bars on long days in the saddle.
UPF 30 Sun Protection
Built-in UPF 30 fabric shields exposed skin from harsh UV on exposed singletrack, high-alpine gravel climbs, and summer-evening rides — no need to reapply sunscreen mid-ride.
ActiveTemp™ Thermo-Regulating Treatment
OR's thermo-regulating ActiveTemp™ treatment manages body temperature through big elevation changes — wicks heat on the climb and keeps you comfortable on the descent.
bluesign® Approved Recycled Polyester Blend
Constructed from a bluesign® approved blend of 45% recycled polyester and 45% polyester with 10% spandex — sustainable, durable, and built for repeated high-output use.
Wicking & Quick-Drying Performance
Wicks sweat off your skin and dries quickly between efforts — ideal for full-day rides where you sweat hard going up and cool down fast coming down.
No Seams on Top of Shoulder
Strategic shoulder seam placement eliminates chafing and pressure points under backpack or hydration-pack straps — all-day comfort on supported rides.
Partial Rib Collar
A partial rib collar adds structure and shape without the bulk of a full crew neck — comfortable against the chin and neck, breathable in warm weather.
Slightly Longer Sleeves (1/4")
Sleeves run a quarter inch longer than a standard tee — adds forearm coverage from sun, brush, and trail-side vegetation without restricting arm movement on the bars.
Contoured Hem with Drop-Tail
Contoured hem with extended drop-tail in back keeps the jersey tucked or covered when you're leaning forward in riding position — no exposed lower back on the climb.
Interior Center Back Locker Loop

Machine Wash Cold
Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild technical fabric detergent to preserve the wicking performance, UPF finish, and ActiveTemp™ treatment.
Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight to maintain the UPF treatment and prevent heat damage to the spandex blend.
Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener
Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softener — both degrade the UPF coating, the ActiveTemp™ treatment, and reduce the moisture-wicking performance.
Do Not Iron or Dry Clean
The synthetic blend is naturally wrinkle-resistant and doesn't require ironing. Skip dry cleaning — the solvents break down the technical treatments.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
