Extended front collar rises high against wind and snow; soft brushed tricot at the chin prevents chafing when fully zipped.

Brushed Tricot Lined Draft Collar

Plush brushed tricot draft collar behind the front zip blocks wind and traps warm air around the neck on the coldest days.

Machine Wash Cold with Down-Specific Detergent

Use a technical down-specific wash (not standard detergent) on a gentle cycle with cold water. Close all zippers and turn the parka inside out before washing.

Tumble Dry Low with Tennis Balls

Tumble dry on low heat with three or four clean tennis balls for 3–4 cycles. The balls break up down clumps and restore the 700+ fill loft across the full-length baffles.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softener — both strip natural oils from down feathers and degrade the DWR finish on the recycled nylon shell.

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron; heat can scorch the 70D plainweave face. Dry cleaning solvents strip technical finishes and damage down clusters.

Store Uncompressed

Hang the parka loosely or store in a large breathable garment bag between seasons. Long-term compression in a stuff sack damages down loft and reduces warmth over time.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
