Close All Zippers Before Washing
Zip every YKK® Aquaguard® zipper closed and secure hook-and-loop fasteners before laundering to prevent damage to the face fabric and waterproof zippers.
Machine Wash Cold
Wash on a gentle cycle with a technical outerwear cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash. Avoid standard detergents that leave residues that clog breathable pores and degrade DWR.
Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry
Tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the Nikwax Direct.Dry DWR finish, or hang dry away from direct sunlight.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the AscentShell™ Dry membrane and compromise waterproof performance.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron can melt the face fabric and damage the AscentShell™ Dry membrane.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the DWR coating and break down the membrane's waterproof performance.
Re-Apply Nikwax DWR Periodically
When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the DWR finish with Nikwax TX.Direct or similar wash-in DWR product to restore performance.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
