Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday dirt and trail grime without putting the Ventia™ membrane through unnecessary wash cycles.
Hand Wash Gently
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent or technical outerwear cleaner if needed. Avoid harsh detergents and machine washing, which can damage the Ventia™ membrane.
Air Dry at Room Temperature
Reshape and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry — high heat damages the Ventia™ membrane and insulation.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the Ventia™ membrane and damage the recycled insulation.
Do Not Iron
Heat from ironing will melt the synthetic fibers and damage the Ventia™ membrane.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will damage the Ventia™ membrane and degrade the technical fibers.
Re-Apply DWR Periodically
When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
