The Team GORE-TEX® Glove features GORE-TEX® ePE and VerticalX™ ECO technology, bluesign® approved materials, touchscreen compatibility, and a feature-loaded design, designed in collaboration with and to meet the needs of the Outdoor Research Snow Athlete Team — premier leather skiing and riding gloves strategically designed to meet the demands of our snow athlete team, crafted with bluesign® approved materials featuring a nylon stretch woven outer and durable leather palm, thumb, and fingers, the GORE-TEX® ePE waterproof insert keeping hands dry, while the VerticalX™ ECO insulation provides warmth without the bulk, finished with a soft suede leather nose wipe on the back of the thumb and a low-cling, wicking stretch woven lining, a touchscreen-compatible leather thumb allowing for smartphone or GPS use without removing the gloves, and the pre-curved fit enhancing grip and comfort, while the VELCRO® Brand closure strap and under-cuff design seal out the cold, with a robust pull-on loop, removable leashes, and glove clip providing practical additions for ease of use.

Spot Clean Leather
Wipe goat leather palm, thumb, and fingers with a damp cloth after use — avoid soaking the leather, which can stiffen it. Use a leather-specific cleaner for stubborn dirt or stains.
Use Included Nikwax Sample
Apply the included Nikwax Waterproofing Wax to leather surfaces before first use and every 2-3 weeks thereafter — maintains water resistance and leather suppleness over the life of the glove.
Treat Leather Periodically
Continue leather conditioning every 2-3 weeks of active use — extends leather life dramatically and keeps the palm and fingers supple for pole/binding work and grip.
Dry Thoroughly Between Uses
Open the cuff and let gloves air dry completely at room temperature after wet days — never dry near direct heat (radiator, fire, dryer). Heat damages insulation loft and leather integrity.
Hand Wash Only (If Needed)
If the gloves need a full wash, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild technical detergent — avoid machine washing, which can damage the GORE-TEX® ePe insert and stiffen the leather.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
