Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the outer and leather palm with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday dirt without putting the GORE-TEX® insert through unnecessary wash cycles.
Hand Wash Gently
Hand wash in cool water with a technical fabric cleaner or leather cleaner if needed. Avoid harsh detergents and machine washing, which can damage the leather and GORE-TEX® insert.
Air Dry at Room Temperature
Reshape and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Stuff with paper towels to absorb moisture and help maintain shape.
Treat Leather Periodically
Apply the included Nikwax Waterproofing Wax (or similar leather conditioner) as needed to keep the goat leather palm and fingers supple and water-resistant.
Re-Apply DWR to Outer
When water stops beading on the outer fabric, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will damage the leather, GORE-TEX® insert, and merino wool fleece lining.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron will damage the synthetic fibers, leather, and insulation.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the natural oils from the leather and damage the GORE-TEX® membrane.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
