Spot Clean Leather
Wipe goat leather palm, thumb, and fingers with a damp cloth after use — avoid soaking the leather, which can stiffen it. Use a leather-specific cleaner for stubborn dirt or stains.
Treat Leather Periodically
Apply a leather conditioner or waterproofing treatment (like Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather) 2-3 times per season to maintain suppleness and water resistance — extends leather life and keeps the palm and fingers supple for pole/binding work.
Hand Wash Only
If the gloves need a full wash, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild technical detergent — avoid machine washing, which can damage the GORE-TEX® ePe insert and stiffen the leather.
Dry Thoroughly Between Uses
Open the cuff and let gloves air dry completely at room temperature after wet days — never dry near direct heat (radiator, fire, dryer). Heat damages insulation loft and leather integrity.
Re-Proof DWR Periodically
Refresh the shell's DWR finish every 20-30 days of use to maintain water resistance and breathability.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
