Mechanical stretch delivers all-day comfort with a floating foam-stiffened brim that won't sink.

Ventia™ 2.5L Waterproof Construction

bluesign® approved 2.5-layer Ventia™ membrane in 100% Recycled Polyester 50D Mechanical Stretch Plain Weave delivers waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection from the elements.

Fully Seam Taped

Every seam is taped to keep moisture from sneaking in through stitching on the wettest days in the alpine.

Movement-Mirroring Stretch

Built-in mechanical stretch moves with your head and packs down small without bunching or restricting movement.

Floating Foam-Stiffened Brim

Pre-curved foam brim holds its shape for full face coverage from rain and sun — floats if dropped in water, so it won't sink to the bottom of the river.

Adjustable Back Cinch

Rear cinch cord customizes fit and keeps the hat secure in windy conditions on ridgelines and stormy alpine starts.

Packable

Soft, pliable construction stuffs into a pack or jacket pocket for quick, easy storage when not needed.

Close All Adjustments Before Washing

Loosen the back cinch before laundering to prevent damage to the adjustment system.

Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with a technical outerwear cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash. Avoid standard detergents that leave residues that clog breathable pores.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR finish, or hang dry away from direct sunlight.

Do Not Bleach

Bleach will degrade the Ventia™ membrane and compromise waterproof performance.

Do Not Iron

Direct heat from an iron will damage the face fabric and degrade the Ventia™ membrane.

Do Not Dry Clean

Dry cleaning solvents will strip the DWR coating and break down the membrane's waterproof performance.

Re-Apply DWR Periodically

When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
