Remove Batteries Before Washing

Always remove the rechargeable lithium-ion batteries before laundering. Refer to the ALTIHeat™ user manual for cleaning and charging instructions.

Hand Wash Gently

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents and machine washing, which can damage the GORE-TEX® membrane and goat leather palm.

Treat Leather Periodically

Apply a leather conditioner to the goat leather palm as needed to keep it supple and water-resistant over time.

Air Dry at Room Temperature

Reshape and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry — heat can damage the GORE-TEX® membrane, insulation, and battery components.

Do Not Bleach

Bleach will degrade the GORE-TEX® membrane and damage the synthetic fibers.

Do Not Iron

Heat from ironing will melt the synthetic fibers and damage the GORE-TEX® membrane.

Do Not Dry Clean

Dry cleaning solvents will damage the GORE-TEX® membrane and degrade the goat leather palm.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
