Machine Wash Cold

Close all snaps and zippers and turn the shirt jacket inside out. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild technical synthetic-insulation detergent.

Tumble Dry Low

Tumble dry on low heat to restore the loft of the VerticalX Eco SR™ insulation and reactivate the DWR finish on the stretch ripstop shell.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softener — both degrade the DWR finish and reduce the breathability of the Sorona®/Repreve® blend.

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron; heat can scorch the lightweight ripstop face and damage the synthetic insulation. Dry cleaning solvents strip technical finishes.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
