Use a Down-Specific Detergent

Wash with a down-specific cleaner like Nikwax Down Wash to preserve the natural loft and warmth of responsibly sourced down without stripping the oils.

Close All Zippers Before Washing

Zip every YKK® Aquaguard® zipper closed and secure all snaps before laundering to prevent damage to the face fabric and waterproof zippers.

Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Avoid standard detergents that leave residues that clog down loft and breathable pores.

Tumble Dry Low with Tennis Balls

Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore the down loft and prevent clumping. Air dry thoroughly before storing.

Do Not Bleach

Bleach will degrade the GORE-TEX® membrane and damage the down fill.

Do Not Iron

Direct heat from an iron can melt the face fabric and damage the waterproof membrane.

Do Not Dry Clean

Dry cleaning solvents will strip the DWR coating and damage the down fill.

Store Uncompressed

Store the parka uncompressed in a cool, dry place — long-term compression in a stuff sack damages down loft and reduces warmth over time.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges:
