Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday dirt and trail grime without putting the GORE-TEX® membrane through unnecessary wash cycles.
Hand Wash Gently
Hand wash in cool water with a technical outerwear cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash. Avoid harsh detergents that can strip the DWR finish and damage the insulation.
Remove Heat Packs Before Washing
Always remove any disposable hand warmers from the heat pack pocket before laundering.
Air Dry at Room Temperature
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry — high heat damages the GORE-TEX® membrane and insulation.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the GORE-TEX® membrane and damage the recycled insulation.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron will damage the synthetic fibers and degrade the waterproof membrane.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the DWR coating and break down the membrane's waterproof performance.
Re-Apply DWR Periodically
When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
